Frequently asked questions

Plain answers, before you commit.

The five questions independent plumbing shops ask before signing up — answered honestly, the way we’d want them answered if we were the one signing the check. Pricing, setup time, cancellation, data ownership, and what happens when something needs fixing.

Topic 01 · Pricing

Pricing.

One monthly retainer — no per-call fees, no per-message fees, no per-review fees. Below the $2,000–$10,000/mo range the stacked suites price themselves at.

Three tiers, billed monthly: Launch $129, Grow $249, and Accelerate $499. Each adds capability — more local-SEO pages, the AI email reply drafter, the lead-capture form, and outbound campaigns — in that order. The site, Google Business Profile sync, and calls answered by the voice agent ship with every tier.

Topic 02 · Setup time

Setup time.

Most plumbers go from signup to a working, lead-generating web presence in under two weeks. The bottleneck is real-world verification — not us.

Brand kit and copy inputs from you take an afternoon. We prepare the site, the GBP sync, and the voice provisioning in parallel. Most shops are live inside 7–14 days; reporting and campaign tuning continue through day 30 and beyond.

Topic 03 · Cancellation

Cancellation.

No lock-in, no annual contract, no cancellation fee. Cancel from inside your dashboard, and the retainer simply stops at the next billing date.

No. The monthly retainer is month-to-month. Setup is a separate fixed quote — paid once — and there’s no minimum term attached to it. You can switch tiers up or down, or cancel, in any month.

Topic 04 · Data ownership

Data ownership.

Your leads are your leads. Your customer list is yours. You can export it the day you sign up and the day you leave — same format both times.

You do. Every lead captured by the form, every call logged by the voice agent, and every email threaded through the inbox is stored against your account. Growth Pilot acts as the operator — not the owner — and never sells or shares that data.

Topic 05 · Support

Support.

A real human answers email. The same agent that runs your front office also reads your support inbox — so context carries over.

Email growth-pilot-2@polsia.app — a real plumber-facing engineer triages it same business day. For active outages we have an incident line that pages the on-call engineer. The voice agent, email reply drafter, and your support thread all share the same context, so you never re-explain your setup.
